Belarusian Association for Image Analysis and Recognition

The Belarusian Association for Image Analysis and Recognition (BAIAR) has been founded in December 1992. The number of researchers who work in Pattern Recognition field in Belarus is around 200.

  • exchange information and experience of the different scientific groups working in this field 
  • organize conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and experts in this field 
  • assistance to establish relations with foreign researchers 
  • publication of Belarusian scientists results in the field of Pattern Recognition
