BACKGROUND

Academician, Prof., Dr.
Academician of the European Academy (2011), Russian Academy of Cosmonauticsnamed after K.E. Tsiolkovsky (2012), the Spanish Royal Academy of Doctors (2009). Foreign member of the European Academy of Economics and Management (2010). Principal Member (Fellow) of the International Pattern Recognition Association (1998).
In the period from 2002 to 2008 he was a General Director of the United Institute of Informatics Problems of The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. In 2008 he became a Rector of the Belarusian State University. In 2017 he left the position.
Author of over 450 scientific papers, 15 books, 5 of which are published abroad. He developed the theory, methods and algorithms for processing and recognition of graphic images, principles of construction and methodology for creating automated image processing systems. Under his leadership, a number of specific automated graphic information processing systems were created with applications in cartography, the study of the earth's surface, medicine and mechanical engineering

BACKGROUND

Anton Egorchev is Director of the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Information Technologies at Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University and Associate Professor at the Department of Data Analysis and Software Engineering. He holds two higher education degrees in Applied Mathematics and Informatics, as well as in Computer Science and Engineering, both from Kazan Federal University, and a degree in Management.
In 2021, he defended his PhD thesis in Technical Sciences on “Verifiable Virtual Modeling Systems for Unmanned Vehicles”. His research interests are focused on system analysis, information processing, and virtual modeling technologies.

Hongqi Fan (S’08-M’09-SM’24, IEEE) received his B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and automation from Tsinghua University, Beijing, P.R. China, in 2001, and his Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, Hunan, P. R. China, in 2008. He is currently a professor at the National University of Defense Technology. PRESENTATION

Intelligent Inspection Robot System Driven by Multimodal Large Model


BACKGROUND

Minglei Fu was born in 1981 and is a professor at Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT). He currently serves as the director of the Department of Artificial Intelligence at the College of Information Engineering of ZJUT and the deputy director of the Zhejiang International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for Human Machine Collaboration Technology. He graduated from ZJUT in 2010 with a PhD in Control Theory and Control Engineering. In 2017, he was selected as a young and middle-aged discipline leader in higher education institutions in Zhejiang Province. He engaged in basic research and product development in the fields of intelligent robot technology, positioning and navigation technology, human-computer interaction, and human-computer collaboration technology.
He has published more than 30 JCR Q1 journal papers with the first author or corresponding author, published 3 monographs and textbooks, and authorized more than 30 invention patents. He won the Excellent Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions from the Chinese Ministry of Education, the Zhejiang Provincial Technology Invention Award and the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award from the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government.. He has hosted and participated in more than 10 national and provincial-level key projects, including the National Key R&D Program "International Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation", National Natural Science Foundations of China, and Zhejiang Provincial Key R&D Program projects.
At present, he also serves a technical expert for the Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province and Guangdong Province, a provincial technical manager of Zhejiang Ph.D Innovation Station, an expert of Hangzhou Public Data Authorization Operation Expert Advisory Committee, and a technical expert of Baidu PaddlePaddle developers (PPDE).

PhD Valerian P. Ivashenko is Associate Professor at the Department of Information and Communication Technologies of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR). 
His research interests include unified semantic models for knowledge representation and processing, knowledge-driven distributed multi-agent systems, and semantic technologies for intelligent system integration. He teaches courses on the logical foundations of intelligent systems and problem-solving models in intelligent systems.

BACKGROUND

Dr. , Leading scientist of Biomedical Image Analysis Department.
Vassili Kovalev is working in the field of biomedical image analysis for about 30 years. Currently his research interests are focused on computer assisted diagnosis of lung diseases and cancer diagnosis based on the whole slide imaging using Deep Learning methods and Artificial Intelligence approaches. Along with typical setups of biomedical image segmentation and classification, his particular interests are in the field of generation of realistic biomedical images using generative networks with the aim of resolving of a number of ethical, legal and Deep Learning problems as well as on the security problems associated with the Adversarial Attacks.
He authored more than 150 publications. His Hirsch indices are h=19 (SCOPUS, 1681 citations) and h=25 (Google scholar, 3458 citations).

Sergey Kruglikov

Doctor of Military Sciences, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor,
General Director of the United Institute of Informatics Problems (UIIP) of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
He has overseen large-scale national projects in artificial intelligence, supercomputer technologies, and digital transformation of the NAS of Belarus, and has contributed to the development of national AI legislation and standards. He is a recognized scholar in the field of intelligent information and control systems, author of more than 280 scientific works.

Dongdong Li is currently an Associate Professor in College of Electronic Science and Technology at National University of Defense Technology (NUDT) . He received his B.S. from Wuhan University in2012 and M.S. and PhD degree from NUDT in 2014 and 2018, respectively. During his PhD, He did his research as a joint doctoral student under supervision of Fatih Porikli at CECS, Australian National University. His current research interests focus on computer vision and machine vision. He is the associate editor of IET Image Processing and youth editor of Chinese Journal of Information Fusion. Sergei Markoff is a leading Russian specialist in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with over 20 years of experience applying AI across industries such as banking, healthcare, and gaming. He is the creator of the SmarThink chess program, one of Russia’s strongest in the 2000s, and founder of the science portal XX2 Century (22century.ru).
Currently, Sergei is a Director of Artificial Intelligence Technologies Development at Sberbank. He has led the development of landmark neural foundation models including ruGPT-3, GigaChat, Kandinsky, and mGPT. His career reflects a deep commitment to advancing open, impactful AI research.

DrSc. Alexander Nedzved heads the Department of Information Systems Management of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Belarusian State University.
He is the author of more than 150 publications, including 2 monographs and 2 patents. His research focuses on image analysis and intelligent software, resulting in applied systems such as Bioscan (general-purpose image processing), Citron (histological image analysis for oncological diagnostics), Zubr (magneto-optical image analysis of thin films), and ImageWarp (www.imagewarp.com). These systems are in use across medical and scientific institutions in Belarus, Russia, and Poland.

BACKGROUND

PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor
Dean of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Belarusian State University. He previously worked at the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and later at the Department of Discrete Mathematics and Algorithms of BSU, where he received the academic title of Associate Professor in Mathematics. Since 2018, he has headed the Department of Biomedical Informatics.
His research interests include graph theory, combinatorial optimization, and computational complexity. He is the author of more than 60 scientific publications in these areas.

Tim Seleznev is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling, Far Eastern Federal University. His research interests include mathematical modeling, medicine, psychology, music, and advertising. He has supervised bachelor’s theses and authored 6 scientific publications, including works indexed in RSCI, Scopus, and Web of Science.

Alexander V. Tuzikov is a Belarus State Prize Laureate (2002), Belarus representative in IAPR (International Association of Pattern Recognition). Alexander Tuzikov graduated from the Belarus State University (Minsk, 1980), received the candidate of physics-mathematical sciences degree of Institute of Mathematics (1985) and doctor of physics-mathematical sciences degree of the Institute of Engineering Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (2000), Professor (2005), Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (2014).
His research subjects include bioinformatics, computational biology, image processing and analysis, medical imaging, mathematical morphology, remote sensing, discrete applied mathematics. He is an author of more than 390 publications in these fields.

Wu Jianfei, Researcher, Ph.D. in Engineering, School of Electronic Science. Deputy Leader of the National IC-EMC Standards Working Group; Member of the Artificial Intelligence Group, Science and Technology Committee, National University of Defense Technology; Member of the Youth Expert Technical Group on Internet of Things, China Institute of Electronics. Primary research areas include electromagnetic compatibility and reliability of integrated circuits, AI-based electromagnetic interference identification, autonomous standards in IoT perception domains, and applied research on large-scale integrated systems. In the past five years, he has granted 11 invention patents; led/participated in the formulation of 20 national/industry EMC standards, and released 10 standards. He was awarded the First Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of the Army, the Special Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Tianjin, the Third Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of National Defence, Outstanding Scientific and Technological Workers of Tianjin/China Institute of Electronics, and Outstanding Young Scientists of Asia-Pacific, and other domestic and international awards. He led the team to build the first IC EMC test and fully independent RFID test simulation laboratory approved by CNAS in China.

PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Boris A. Zhelezko is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Marketing, Management, and Entrepreneurship of Belarusian State University. 
His research interests include business process reengineering in marketing, decision support systems, economic informatics, IT entrepreneurship, and fuzzy set theory. He has contributed to the theory and practice of developing adaptive, intelligent decision support systems with combined intelligence, as well as to methodologies for modeling, forecasting, and automation of research processes in economics and finance.
