Anton Egorchev is Director of the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Information Technologies at Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University and Associate Professor at the Department of Data Analysis and Software Engineering. He holds two higher education degrees in Applied Mathematics and Informatics, as well as in Computer Science and Engineering, both from Kazan Federal University, and a degree in Management.
In 2021, he defended his PhD thesis in Technical Sciences on “Verifiable Virtual Modeling Systems for Unmanned Vehicles”. His research interests are focused on system analysis, information processing, and virtual modeling technologies.

Intelligent Inspection Robot System Driven by Multimodal Large Model
BACKGROUND
Minglei Fu was born in 1981 and is a professor at Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT). He currently serves as the director of the Department of Artificial Intelligence at the College of Information Engineering of ZJUT and the deputy director of the Zhejiang International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for Human Machine Collaboration Technology. He graduated from ZJUT in 2010 with a PhD in Control Theory and Control Engineering. In 2017, he was selected as a young and middle-aged discipline leader in higher education institutions in Zhejiang Province. He engaged in basic research and product development in the fields of intelligent robot technology, positioning and navigation technology, human-computer interaction, and human-computer collaboration technology.
He has published more than 30 JCR Q1 journal papers with the first author or corresponding author, published 3 monographs and textbooks, and authorized more than 30 invention patents. He won the Excellent Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions from the Chinese Ministry of Education, the Zhejiang Provincial Technology Invention Award and the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award from the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government.. He has hosted and participated in more than 10 national and provincial-level key projects, including the National Key R&D Program "International Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation", National Natural Science Foundations of China, and Zhejiang Provincial Key R&D Program projects.
At present, he also serves a technical expert for the Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province and Guangdong Province, a provincial technical manager of Zhejiang Ph.D Innovation Station, an expert of Hangzhou Public Data Authorization Operation Expert Advisory Committee, and a technical expert of Baidu PaddlePaddle developers (PPDE).

Vassili Kovalev is working in the field of biomedical image analysis for about 30 years. Currently his research interests are focused on computer assisted diagnosis of lung diseases and cancer diagnosis based on the whole slide imaging using Deep Learning methods and Artificial Intelligence approaches. Along with typical setups of biomedical image segmentation and classification, his particular interests are in the field of generation of realistic biomedical images using generative networks with the aim of resolving of a number of ethical, legal and Deep Learning problems as well as on the security problems associated with the Adversarial Attacks.

Deputy Leader of the National IC-EMC Standards Working Group; Member of the Artificial Intelligence Group, Science and Technology Committee, National University of Defense Technology; Member of the Youth Expert Technical Group on Internet of Things, China Institute of Electronics. Primary research areas include electromagnetic compatibility and reliability of integrated circuits, AI-based electromagnetic interference identification, autonomous standards in IoT perception domains, and applied research on large-scale integrated systems. In the past five years, he has granted 11 invention patents; led/participated in the formulation of 20 national/industry EMC standards, and released 10 standards. He was awarded the First Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of the Army, the Special Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Tianjin, the Third Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of National Defence, Outstanding Scientific and Technological Workers of Tianjin/China Institute of Electronics, and Outstanding Young Scientists of Asia-Pacific, and other domestic and international awards.
