The world is developing rapidly, and in the era of processing unstructured multimodal data, we are meeting again in a convenient format on the sidelines of the UIIP NAS Belarus.

Policy and Paper Submission

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

The conference will be organized in 1 hybrid (offline F2F and online) stream with three main pillars:
“Plenary Talks” (keynotes)  
“Session Talks” (generic sessions)
• “Lighting Talks” (pitch session for Youth)
 To be published you need  to register and pay a conference fee. One registration fee covers a maximum of two publications of the same applicant. 
The conference will be hybrid, i.e. offline F2F (the venue will be announced) and online. The link will be provided to online participants after confirmation of payment of the registration fee.

PAPER SUBMISSION POLICY

Papers for the conference (maximum 4 A4 pages for  Session Talks and 2 A4 pages for Lightning Talks) must be submitted electronically.
Pre-published papers which are presented at or published at or submitted to any other event or journal/book will not be accepted.
All submissions must be written in English, starting with a brief statement of the problem, the achieved results, their significance, and comparison with previous works (if any), as well as a list of references. The submission should also include the title of the proposed paper, authors’ names, affiliations, addresses, name, e-mail, and topics that best describe the paper.
Submission of papers to the PRIP’2025 is open to all authors from all over the world regardless of their age, sex, nationality, religion, and project membership.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

All submitted papers will be reviewed. After the paper acceptance, the author/s should prepare a camera-ready version to meet all comments and suggestions made by the reviewers. At least one author should attend the conference for the paper presentation.
All accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings which be available for download under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License

AFTERWARD PUBLICATION

Selected papers will be invited then for publishing in the series of external scientific journals (under negotiations) in extended format.
Note for Youth: authors of the best youth pitches during Lightning Talks will also be awarded the opportunity to be published in a peer-reviewed journal (details are coming).
